Case study: New export initiatives

A small family company making high-quality chocolate wanted to start selling internationally.

chocprod copy1999: The company decided to move into export. We ran several intensive training courses for the sales director, advised on content for and translated the publicity material.

1999 & 2000: The company had its first stands at international trade fairs in New York and Canada. We helped to prepare the fairs.

2002: A chocolate museum was opened near the production facility. We assisted with the preparation of multi-lingual panels to welcome foreign visitors.

2008: The company goes from strength to strength, with highly innovative products. It is completely autonomous in its relations with international clients.

We continue to assist from time to time with translation needs.
