A group of wine producers wished to start actively exporting their wines to foreign clients.
Objectives
- To conduct tastings either on the estate or at fairs or events
- To describe the wine-making process
- To show clients around the estate
- To present their wines at trade fairs (VinExpo, VinItaly, London Wine, Prowein...)
- To be able to negotiate prices and other terms
- Learning the correct oenological vocabulary
- Practising tastings with the group
- Correcting & preparing their advertising materials
- Describing their range using official tasting notes
- Using films (bottling line, vinification...) to explain the process
- Listening exercises with different accents according to the clientele
- Simulating negotiations
